The geometry of Santos mountain bikes is suited extremely well to Dutch landscapes. The bikes are fast, steering is direct, and the ride is superbly comfortable. Because the inbuilt height of the front fork in the versions with as well as without suspension are adjustable, the frame geometry does not change when you choose a fixed front fork.

We are also the only place you can get the bike fitted with the super light Ritchey WCS mountain bike front fork (500 grams!). Given that we are a Dutch brand, we are naturally specialized in Dutch mountain bikes; light, fast and low maintenance.

Santos frame design, made by hand

Designed in The Netherlands, tested in The Netherlands and specially built for you in The Netherlands. As with all Santos bikes, the frames of the mountain bikes are handmade to our specifications using high quality aluminium. All our frames undergo a special heat treatment after welding to ensure that the frame is free of tension and even stronger.

XC achtervork

The patented Santos XC rear fork gives you more room for mud and more room for wide tires. A typical Santos invention that will only be found on Santos mountain bikes.

Every mountain bike frame and our own fixed mountain bike front forks come with a 5 year full warranty - even with competition use (logical for us, but not for many other brands as you will notice if you read through their warranties as I sometimes do).
